Questions
How do payment, delivery and renewal work?
We confirm the service, price in USD, dates, cancellation and refund terms in writing before requesting payment. If payment setup or delivery is not ready, your request stays an enquiry. A paid review buys an editorial decision, not guaranteed publication. Placements renew only after a new payment is confirmed; there is no automatic charge.
What are the refund and cancellation terms?
Featured tool and AI Pricing Index sponsor: if the agreed placement has not started by the confirmed start date, you can cancel for a full refund; once it is live, a cancelled month is not refunded, and the placement simply does not renew. Expedited review: the fee pays for a decision within two business days, whether or not the tool is accepted; if we miss that window, the fee is refunded in full. No refund is given because a tool was declined, and no payment buys approval, rankings, leads or sales. Refund requests: editor@useaiforx.com.
Does a featured spot change my profile or ranking?
No. The featured card is a separate, labeled “Sponsored” unit. Your profile, its facts and sources, and the order of editorial lists stay exactly as the editor wrote them. We don’t rank or score tools.
My tool isn’t listed yet. Can I still buy a featured spot?
A featured card needs a published profile first. Use the free submission route or ask about expedited review. Paying for a review does not guarantee acceptance. We confirm profile eligibility before requesting payment for a featured placement.
What if no weekly email is sent?
The price-change email is only prepared when there are relevant changes and requires editorial approval. Email sponsorship is currently enquiry-only. Before it can be booked, we must agree a specific send and the refund or rescheduling terms for a missed send. A week passing is not delivery.
Do sponsored links pass SEO value?
They are marked rel="sponsored nofollow". We sell the agreed placement, not rankings, AI citations, leads or guaranteed sales.
