Durable
Website buildersDurable is an AI website builder for small service businesses that bundles a generated site with a CRM, bookings, SEO tools and AI agents.
Tools that generate, design and host websites with AI. Compare free subdomain limits, what a custom domain costs and whether you can take the site elsewhere.
Website AI tools generate pages from a prompt, then host and publish them. Webflow and Framer are visual design platforms with AI agents and a CMS; Durable builds a small-business site from a few questions and adds a CRM, bookings and AI agents for blog posts and lead replies. All three have free plans. A custom domain starts at USD 15 a month on Webflow Basic, EUR 10 on Framer Basic and $22 on Durable Launch, each billed yearly.

Clear filtersDurable is an AI website builder for small service businesses that bundles a generated site with a CRM, bookings, SEO tools and AI agents.
Framer is a website builder where you design on a visual canvas with an AI agent and publish on Framer's own hosting, with paid plans priced per site.
Webflow is a visual website builder with its own CMS and hosting, billing each site and the team workspace separately and metering AI features in credits.
Decide first how much of the site you want to design yourself. Webflow and Framer start from an AI draft and then hand you a visual canvas: Webflow's AI site builder generates a multi-page structure, content and theme without spending AI credits, and Framer's agent generates or refines sections that stay editable on the canvas. Durable asks three questions about your business and builds the site, then keeps the running of it in one dashboard with a CRM, Google Calendar bookings, Stripe payments and a Lead Agent that drafts replies to contact-form enquiries for you to approve.
Then price the site you will actually run. Webflow bills each site and, separately, a Workspace: a blog can use Premium at USD 25 a month billed yearly without automatically adding Core Workspace. Add the USD 19 Workspace only for its separate capabilities, and price extra editor seats by role. Basic has no CMS. Framer bills per site and adds EUR 20 a month for each extra editor on yearly billing, so a Pro site with two extra editors costs EUR 70. Durable's Launch at $22 and Grow at $41 billed yearly include a domain worth up to $20 or $40 and meter AI as monthly counts of images, blog posts and lead replies. Bandwidth caps set traffic headroom: at about 2 MB a visit, Webflow Basic's 10 GB covers roughly 5,000 visits a month and Framer Basic's 50 GB roughly 25,000.
Last, check what happens if you leave. Webflow's paid Workspace plans export HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images as a ZIP, but CMS content comes out separately as CSV files, and forms, site search and password protection stop working in the exported code. Framer's FAQ rules out HTML export for self-hosting, although one help article describes downloadable site files, so confirm the route with Framer before relying on it. Durable documents no website export, only customer lists as CSV, so moving means rebuilding the pages, and a domain bought through Durable can be transferred out only after three consecutive months of active subscription.
Read the Webflow profile for per-site plans, the CMS and code export, the Framer profile for canvas design with an AI agent and per-editor pricing, and the Durable profile for a generated small-business site with CRM and bookings. Webflow vs Framer compares the two design platforms side by side. For page copy, see writing tools; for hero images and graphics, see image tools.
Our editorial judgement about what matters in this category, based on the plan structures we documented while building these profiles.
Yes, with limits. Webflow Starter is free with no time limit on a webflow.io subdomain, with 2 static pages and 50 form submissions. Framer Free includes 500 one-time AI credits and a free Framer domain. Durable Free generates a site and a CRM for up to 10 customers, but the site stays a private preview until you move to a paid plan.
On yearly billing, Webflow Basic costs USD 15 a month (USD 25 monthly), Framer Basic EUR 10 (EUR 15 monthly) and Durable Launch $22 ($25 monthly), which also includes a free domain worth up to $20. Webflow Basic has no CMS, so a blog there needs Premium at USD 25 a month billed yearly.
Webflow documents static code export through a paid Workspace; hosted CMS, forms and search need separate migration work. Framer's HTML-export FAQ and data-portability article describe different routes, so confirm available files and runtime requirements before relying on self-hosting. Durable documents no site export; plan a rebuild unless the provider confirms otherwise.
Durable, if the site, customer list, bookings and review requests should live in one dashboard and design freedom matters less; Launch includes 20 AI lead replies and 10 blog posts a month. Webflow or Framer suit a business that wants each page designed by hand, with Framer Pro adding staging and Webflow adding code export.
