Strengths, limits and who it suits, in full

Strengths

  • A veto before sending Manual approval mode lists each matched job and its match level before anything is submitted.
  • Current employer can be excluded An exclusion list keeps applications away from named companies.
  • Replies in one place The inbox shows every forwarded employer message, so invitations are not lost in spam.
  • Named sellers The terms name JOBHIRE AI LIMITED in Nicosia and, for U.S. users, EL AI Solutions LLC.

Limits

  • No prices before sign-up Plan prices appear only after registration, and two official FAQ pages give different plan names.
  • No trial, no refunds All subscription fees are non-refundable; the remedies are account credit and refunds of billing errors.
  • Strict credit conditions Two weeks of credit needs 15 to 30 days of use, Fast Track mode, every work type, at least 5 states including a large one, and auto-apply.
  • Generated contact address Employers get a per-application address instead of your own email, a pattern Workable's help center links to AI-assisted applications.
  • Data used broadly Inputs and outputs may train models where the law permits, and resumes are sent to employers unredacted.

Who it suits

  • U.S. job seekers applying broadly the refund conditions reward wide searches across states and work types, so a narrow search gets the least protection.
  • Busy candidates who want a final say Manual approval keeps every application under review before it is queued.
  • Not for searches outside the U.S. The homepage lists U.S. roles only.
  • Not for roles at employers that screen out automation Workable lets hiring teams exclude applicants tagged as AI-assisted, and each employer sets its own filters.
  • Not for buyers who need a trial There is no free trial, and fees are non-refundable.

What happens after you upload a resume?

Setup is a short quiz about the roles you want, then a resume upload. The Auto Apply page says the system reformats the resume, matches it against postings and submits an application only when the job looks like a fit, with a cover letter written for each one from your profile and the job description. You choose how much control to keep: apply instantly, apply after 24 hours, or approve every job yourself in Preview Applications.

Approved jobs enter an Application Queue. The FAQ says applications go out in batches rather than all at once, to avoid red flags on the employer’s side, and then move to a Completed list. A Job Match Threshold controls how close a match must be, and an exclusion list keeps the service away from your current employer. The terms leave responsibility for results with you, so the rewritten resume and letters are worth reading before the first batch.

If you only want feedback on a resume and would rather send applications yourself, the Resume Worded profile covers a scoring tool with a free account.

How do employers reach you?

Employers do not get your own email address. The FAQ explains that JobHire.AI creates a unique address for each application and forwards anything sent to it, such as interview invitations, from robot@jobhire.tech; the account inbox shows those messages but cannot send replies. Once an employer writes, you answer from your own email.

Workable’s help center describes this exact pattern: tools that apply on a candidate’s behalf often generate addresses to manage replies, which can stop recruiter emails reaching the candidate and create duplicate profiles. Workable tags such applicants as AI-assisted, swaps in the real email from the resume when it can, and lets recruiters filter them out. Greenhouse job boards add reCAPTCHA and sometimes an emailed code, and its application limit rules let employers cap repeat applications. These checks belong to each employer.

What do the refund rules require?

The Refund Policy, effective July 17, 2026, makes every initial and renewal fee non-refundable, because the service starts applying as soon as you pay. If no interview invitation arrives, you can ask for two extra weeks of service, but only between day 15 and day 30 after the first purchase, with search mode set to Fast Track, every work type selected, at least five states chosen including California, Texas, New York, Florida or Illinois, Auto-apply or Immediate-apply switched on, and targets in line with your resume.

A renewal can earn credit only if you ask within 24 hours and the search was paused for that term. Pause stops the service from applying; Cancel stops future renewals. Money goes back to your card only for billing errors, such as duplicate charges or a charge after a confirmed cancellation.

What happens to your resume data?

The Terms of Use say JobHire.AI processes and stores your inputs and the platform’s outputs and, where the law permits, uses them to train and improve its models. Personal data in your uploads is not redacted, may be used in automated decisions, and is disclosed to third parties when resumes are filled in and sent to job vacancies.

The Privacy Policy adds that data may be stored in the United States, Cyprus and other countries where providers operate, that connected accounts such as LinkedIn can be imported on your instruction, and that JobHire.AI does not sell personal information as defined by California law.

Who are you contracting with?

U.S. users contract with EL AI Solutions LLC, which is merchant of record; everyone else contracts with JOBHIRE AI LIMITED, the Nicosia company that develops and owns the software. Cyprus law and courts govern the terms unless consumer law where you live says otherwise. Either seller can end a subscription with 30 days notice, and a chargeback filed without contacting support first can suspend access while the dispute is open.

How could you check JobHire.AI before paying?

Proposed evaluation · not performed yet

Check what JobHire.AI would send under your name before letting it apply automatically.

  1. Register and, before entering card details, record each plan name, price, billing interval and renewal term shown.
  2. If you subscribe, set the application mode to manual approval and add your current employer to the exclusion list.
  3. Open five matched jobs in Preview Applications and compare the tailored resume and cover letter with your original, marking any claim you cannot support.
  4. Approve one job, note the email address the employer will receive, and confirm a test message reaches your inbox.
  5. Note the date of purchase so any credit request falls between day 15 and day 30.

Accept if prices are clear before payment and every document matches your real history. Reject if the documents invent experience or applications go out without the approval you chose. No result is recorded here.

Frequently asked questions

Is JobHire.AI free?

No. JobHire.AI is subscription only, and its FAQ says there is no free trial. Uploading a resume and having the AI improve it is included with an account at no extra cost, but automatic applications need a paid plan. Users who subscribe right after registering can unlock a one-time discount, and extra tools can be bought on top of a plan.

How much does JobHire.AI cost?

JobHire.AI does not publish its prices. The FAQ says the plans are compared in the pricing section after sign-up, and the two official FAQ pages name them differently: Starter, Pro and Pro+, or Standard, Pro and Extended. Plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase, so record both before paying.

How do I cancel JobHire.AI?

Open User Settings from the bottom left of your profile and use the unsubscribe button, or email support@jobhire.ai or use the online chat if it is missing. Cancelling stops future renewals, while the paid period stays active to its end. Pausing instead stops the service from searching and applying without ending the plan.

Will my current employer see my applications?

JobHire.AI applies only where you let it. Add your current company to the exclusion list in Account Info, using its full name together with common variations and abbreviations, and the service skips that employer. Manual approval mode adds a second check, because no job enters the queue until you approve it.

Does JobHire.AI work outside the United States?

Its homepage says U.S. roles only, so the service applies to jobs in the United States. People outside the country can still subscribe: they contract with JOBHIRE AI LIMITED in Cyprus instead of the U.S. seller, under Cyprus law unless their local consumer law provides otherwise.

Official pages read on 21 Oct 2026 with plain HTTP requests, plus a local browser to open the FAQ answers: homepage, FAQ page, Auto Apply, resume builder, cover letter and resume score pages, About us, Terms of Use (1 February 2026), Refund Policy (17 July 2026) and Privacy Policy (1 February 2026). We did not create an account, so plan prices and per-plan application limits were not seen. Official pages disagree on plan names (Starter, Pro and Pro+ on the homepage; Standard, Pro and Extended on the FAQ page), and the terms mention free trials while the FAQ says there is none. Workable and Greenhouse help pages were read for how employers handle automated applications. The homepage claim that the service gets past applicant tracking filters, user counts, job-offer stories and testimonials are the provider's and were not used. Third-party prices, reviews and ratings were not used.
