AI job matching, resume tailoring and application autofill for U.S. roles, with an auto-apply agent

Jobright is a job search web app and iPhone app from Jobright Inc. that lists U.S. roles only. It matches openings to your resume, tailors the resume for each job, fills application forms through a Chrome extension and suggests insiders for referrals, and its Agent can apply for you. Every feature runs on daily free credits; Turbo removes the limits, but its price is shown only at checkout.

Strengths, limits and who it suits, in full

Strengths

  • Usable without paying Browsing jobs, match scores and application tracking are free, and every feature has daily free credits.
  • Published refund windows First-time monthly, quarterly and six-month Turbo purchases can be refunded within 7 days, weekly plans within 24 hours.
  • Works on employer systems Autofill fills forms on the applicant tracking systems employers already use, such as Workday, Greenhouse and Lever.
  • Named operator The terms name Jobright Inc., registered in Delaware with a Wilmington address; the App Store lists the same seller.

Limits

  • No public Turbo prices The amount and billing period appear only at checkout, so paid options cannot be compared before signing up.
  • U.S. roles only Jobright lists U.S.-based jobs; other regions are described as future expansion.
  • Credit limits unpublished Daily credit amounts and per-feature limits are not stated on the public pages.
  • Refunds can be refused The policy rules out refunds after substantial Turbo use, a used live coaching session, or a request based only on getting no interviews.
  • Some pages are outdated One FAQ still says everything is free and premium services may come later; another says agent features launch "in June".

Who it suits

  • U.S. job seekers applying widely Autofill and the Agent remove repeated form entry across many applicant tracking systems.
  • Candidates looking for referrals Insider Connections suggests people at the hiring company and drafts the outreach message.
  • Visa and remote job seekers The homepage FAQ points to search options for H-1B sponsorship and remote work.
  • Not for jobs outside the U.S. Only U.S.-based roles are listed for now.
  • Not for comparing paid plans up front without public Turbo prices, a paid month can only be priced at checkout.

How much does Jobright cost?

Prices not confirmed · checked

Regional prices: Jobright does not list Turbo prices on a public page.

The terms and refund policy say the amount, billing period and renewal are shown before purchase, and the upgrade screen loads its prices only for signed-in accounts. Turbo renews automatically; a cancelled plan keeps its benefits to the end of the paid period. First-time monthly, quarterly and six-month purchases can be refunded within 7 calendar days, weekly plans within 24 hours, and an unintended renewal within 3 days if Turbo was not substantially used. Price changes apply no earlier than a future renewal. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's billing and refund rules.

Key features

FeatureWhat it doesWatch out
AI Job Match: U.S. listings drawn mainly from company career sites plus major job boards, screened for fake postings, with a Match Score for each role (homepage and job match FAQ)The score weighs relevant experience, skills, seniority, industry and years of experience against the posting.Jobright calls it a decision aid, not a guarantee that an employer or applicant tracking system will pick the resume.
Resume AI: writes a version of your resume for each job description, with a match score and a keyword report card (resume editor FAQ)—
Job Autofill: a Chrome extension that fills forms on supported applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby and Workable in one click (autofill FAQ)—
Jobright Agent: matches roles, tailors the resume, fills the application forms and tracks each submission, with an auto-apply option (AI Agent page)—
Insider Connections: after you connect LinkedIn, suggests past colleagues, classmates and hiring-team members for a job, with outreach templates and email addresses (Insider Connections page)—
Orion chat assistant for search plans, resume questions and company research, plus a bank of interview questions reported by past candidates for practice (Orion and interview pages)—
Daily free creditsEvery feature comes with a fresh batch of daily free credits, and Insider Connections credits can also be earned by sending referrals. The public pages do not say how many credits a day the free plan gives or what each action costs.
Gmail verification codesIf you connect Gmail, Jobright looks only for the one-time verification emails that applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse send, to finish an application you started. The privacy policy says no other email content is read or stored and Gmail data is not used for advertising or model training.

How far do the daily free credits go?

Jobright answers “Is it free?” with a qualified yes. The homepage FAQ says all features are free, but costly ones such as resume tailoring have daily usage limits, and a paid option gives unlimited access. The Agent FAQ puts it as a fresh batch of daily free credits for every feature. Job browsing, match scores and the application tracker are free on the App Store listing as well. None of these pages states the number of credits or the cost of an action, so whether the free plan covers a day of heavy applying cannot be checked before signing up.

The resume tools work from the resume you upload. Each tailored version is matched to a job description and scored, and the terms require your profile, resume and application details to be accurate and truthful. If the main need is feedback on one resume rather than a job feed and application help, the Resume Worded profile covers a scoring-first tool.

What does the Agent send in your name?

The AI Agent page describes one click that sends a tailored resume, fills the application form and tracks the submission, with an auto-apply option. Form filling runs through the Job Autofill Chrome extension, which recognises supported applicant tracking systems and completes the form when you click. If you connect Gmail, Jobright also reads the one-time verification codes some of those systems email before an application is accepted.

Jobright shares your application materials with the employers whose roles you apply to. The terms bar applying to jobs without a genuine intent to seek work and uploading false or misleading resumes, and they say Jobright is not an employer or staffing agency and makes no promise of interviews or offers.

What do employers see from automated applications?

Applicant tracking systems document their own checks. Workable tags applications from tools that apply on a candidate’s behalf as AI-assisted, using application metadata, and recruiters can filter those candidates in or out, switch off a job board that sends them, or add auto-disqualifying questions. Greenhouse job boards run invisible reCAPTCHA and can ask an applicant to confirm a code sent by email, and Greenhouse’s application limit rules let some employers cap how often one person applies or block reapplying after a rejection.

These are employer settings, not Jobright rules, and each company chooses its own. A high volume of automated applications can therefore meet filters that a smaller number of reviewed applications would not.

What happens to your resume and account data?

The Privacy Policy says AI features run through providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud AI and AWS, which receive your input, output and related personal information. Employers on Jobright may see candidates in anonymised or limited form, and names and contact details are shared when you apply, accept an invite or turn on visibility. Optional diversity answers are used for aggregate reporting and are not disclosed to employers individually.

Connecting LinkedIn powers Insider Connections. Personal information is kept no longer than six months after the account ends, apart from records the law requires, and users must be 18 or older.

How do Turbo billing and refunds work?

Turbo is sold for the billing period you pick at checkout, and the refund policy spells out the windows: 7 calendar days after a first monthly, quarterly or six-month purchase, 24 hours after a first weekly purchase, and 3 days after an unintended renewal. Outside those windows Jobright may offer a prorated refund on longer plans at its discretion; weekly plans generally get none.

Refunds are generally refused when Turbo was used substantially, when a live coaching session or other individually delivered benefit was consumed, when the only reason is not getting interviews, or when the complaint is about AI content that was delivered. The policy asks you not to file a chargeback while a refund request is open, and promotional purchases are refunded at the amount paid.

How could you check Jobright before paying?

Proposed evaluation · not performed yet

Check one free day of matching, tailoring and autofill against three real postings, without submitting anything.

  1. Create a free account and upload your current resume.
  2. Pick three open U.S. postings that use Greenhouse, Lever or Workday, and note each Match Score and the reasons Jobright gives.
  3. Tailor the resume for one posting and compare it line by line with the original, marking any skill, title or result that is not in your own history.
  4. Install the Autofill extension, open one application form, let it fill, and check every field before closing the page unsent.
  5. Note when the daily credits run out, then open the upgrade screen and record the Turbo price, billing period and renewal terms shown.

Accept if the tailored resume adds nothing you cannot back up and the autofilled fields are correct. Reject if it invents experience, fills fields wrongly, or the price is unclear before payment. No result is recorded here.

Frequently asked questions

Is Jobright free?

Yes, with limits. Jobright says every feature comes with daily free credits that refresh the next day, and job browsing, match scores and application tracking are free. Costly features such as resume tailoring stop at a daily limit, and Turbo, the paid subscription, removes the limits. The daily credit amounts are not published on the public pages.

How much does Jobright Turbo cost?

Jobright does not publish Turbo prices. The terms say the amount, billing period and renewal are shown at checkout, with weekly, monthly, quarterly or six-month periods possible. Prices quoted on third-party sites could not be confirmed on Jobright's own pages, so check the upgrade screen after signing up before you pay.

Who runs Jobright?

Jobright Inc., a company registered in Delaware with an address at 251 Little Falls Drive in Wilmington, runs the website and the iPhone app, and the App Store lists the same seller. The terms describe Jobright as a software provider that is not an employer, staffing agency or party to employment contracts, and it promises no interviews.

Does Jobright work outside the United States?

Not for job listings yet. The homepage FAQ, the Agent FAQ and the App Store listing all say Jobright covers U.S.-based roles only, with H-1B and remote filters inside that scope. Jobright describes other regions as a planned expansion without a date, so a search for jobs elsewhere has no listings to match against.

Can I use Jobright on my phone?

There is an iPhone app, Jobright - AI Job Search, which requires iOS 13 or later and covers job matches, alerts, insider hints and application tracking. Autofill runs as a Chrome extension on a computer. If you buy Turbo through an app store, that store handles billing, cancellation and refunds under its own rules.

Official pages read on 21 Oct 2026 with plain HTTP requests, plus a local browser to open the FAQ answers: homepage, AI Agent, Job Autofill, Insider Connections, AI Job Match, AI Resume Editor, Orion and interview question pages, Terms of Service and Turbo refund policy (both 29 July 2026), Privacy Policy (15 June 2026) and the App Store listing. We did not create an account, so Turbo prices and daily credit amounts were not seen. A Jobright blog post from June 2025 put Premium at $30 a month; it is not treated as a current price. Pages disagree in places: the homepage and Agent FAQs describe daily free credits and a paid unlimited option, while the Insider Connections FAQ says everything is free and premium services may come later. Workable and Greenhouse help pages were read for how employers handle automated applications. User counts, interview-rate figures and testimonials on Jobright pages are the provider's and were not used. Third-party prices and reviews were not used.
