Strengths, limits and who it suits, in full

Strengths

  • No automatic sending Swooped prepares the packet and autofills, but you review every form and click submit yourself.
  • Useful free tools Interview practice and the core job tracker are free with no stated limit, and the free plan has no time limit.
  • Pay-per-result contacts Networking credits are charged only when a contact or contact details are actually returned.
  • Named operator Benri Labs LLC gives a Sacramento, California address and support email in its terms.

Limits

  • Free autofill is capped The free plan includes only limited autofilled applications, and the number is not published.
  • Short refund window Direct purchases can request a refund within seven days through the cancellation flow; app store purchases follow Apple or Google.
  • AI output is not a guarantee Swooped says no tool can promise that employers or ATS software will not detect AI-written text.
  • Data goes to AI providers Inputs, outputs and personal information are processed by providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud AI, AWS, Groq and Together.ai.
  • Annual plan unclear The help center mentions an annual Pro plan, but the pricing page shows only monthly and quarterly billing.

Who it suits

  • Job seekers sending many tailored applications Each packet is built for one job description, and autofill covers Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and Workable forms.
  • Applicants who want to stay in control the review step suits people who want help with drafting but not a tool that sends applications on its own.
  • People who prefer warm introductions Networking AI pairs contact search with drafted outreach messages you can edit.
  • Not for a one-off resume fix The free plan gives one AI resume and one cover letter, so a broader search quickly needs Pro.
  • Not for hands-off mass applying Swooped states it does not apply to jobs automatically; every submission is a manual click.

How much does Swooped cost?

Prices confirmed · checked

Regional prices: Prices are from the pricing page read on 21 Oct 2026.

The terms say all payments are in US dollars, sales tax is added where required, and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Payments made on the website are processed by Stripe. The $9 price applies to the first month of the Monthly plan only. The help center says monthly, quarterly and annual Pro plans share the same features, but no annual price is shown on the pricing page. Upgrades are charged the prorated difference immediately. Mobile purchases are billed and refunded by Apple or Google Play.

Pro Monthly$9 for the first monththen $39 per month sourceFrom swooped.co/pricing, checked Oct 21, 2026 (opens in a new tab)Unlimited autofilled applications, unlimited AI resume optimizations and cover letters, 20 networking credits a month and unlimited networking templates; renews monthly until cancelled.
Pro Quarterly$87 billed every 3 months sourceFrom swooped.co/pricing, checked Oct 21, 2026 (opens in a new tab)Same features as Pro Monthly; the pricing page shows it as $29 a month and 25% off.

How far does it go?

  • Cost of a three-month searchMonthly billing costs $9 + $39 + $39 = $87 for the first three months, the same as one Quarterly charge of $87. After that, Monthly is $39 a month against $87 per quarter, about $29 a month, so a search expected to run past three months costs less on Quarterly, while Monthly can be stopped after any month. What does the free plan leave out?

The free plan has no time limit, and the help center says it covers job search and tracking, unlimited manual applications with your own materials, a limited number of autofilled applications, and one AI-generated resume and cover letter. Swooped shows when the free autofill allowance is used up but does not publish the number. Once the free credits are gone you can keep editing documents you already have; new tailored versions need Pro.

Some tools sit outside that limit. Interview practice is described as unlimited and free, and the core tracker, with unlimited jobs, documents and notes, is free as well. The resume grader gives the first scan free. If what you need is a scored line-by-line review of one resume rather than a new version for each job, Resume Worded is built around that score.

Does Swooped apply to jobs for you?

No. The Application Copilot FAQ says Swooped prepares the packet, meaning matched roles, a tailored resume, a cover letter and draft answers, and you review everything before clicking apply. The Auto Apply Agent then fills supported employer forms, in the mobile app or through the Chrome extension on desktop. You are expected to check every filled field, complete anything Swooped could not answer, and submit the form yourself. Jobs that cannot be autofilled can still be applied to manually with the packet.

The extension FAQ lists LinkedIn, Indeed and Monster, and the Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and Workable application systems. The extension is free to install, but autofill use on the free plan is limited. This design means fewer applications than tools that send in bulk, which Swooped presents as deliberate.

Will the tailored resume stay accurate?

The resume creator FAQ says the AI tailors your existing experience and achievements to the target role rather than rewriting the resume entirely, and you approve the output. Draft answers to application questions are also written from your own information. Swooped says no tool can promise that employers or ATS software will not detect AI-written text.

The responsibility for accuracy stays with you. The terms require true and accurate information and forbid false or misleading content, and the interview practice demo shows AI feedback asking for a quantified outcome. Any number added to a bullet or an answer should be one you can back up in an interview.

What does Networking AI do with contact data?

Networking AI suggests hiring managers, team leads and recruiters at a target company and can unlock email addresses and LinkedIn profiles. The Networking AI FAQ says contacts come from publicly available data and professional networks. According to the credits article, each lookup shows its credit cost first and is charged only if a result comes back; writing outreach with the templates uses no credits. Pro includes 20 credits a month, and the free plan has templates but no stated credits.

The Privacy Notice says your input, output and personal information are shared with and processed by its AI service providers, among them OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud AI, AWS, Groq and Together.ai. It also lists advertising tools such as Facebook Custom Audience, Google Ads remarketing and LinkedIn website retargeting.

How do refunds and cancellation work?

The route depends on who billed you. For direct purchases, the refund policy says eligible purchases can request a refund within seven days through the cancellation flow in Billing Settings. App Store refunds are decided by Apple, and Google Play purchases go through Google’s form first. Cancelling stops renewals but does not request a refund, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Deleting the account permanently removes the profile, resumes, cover letters and application history. Swooped cancels subscriptions it manages as part of deletion, but an Apple or Google Play subscription has to be cancelled in that store.

How could you check Swooped before paying?

Proposed evaluation · not performed yet

Check whether one free packet stays accurate and fills a real form correctly, using a resume you are allowed to share.

  1. Create a free account and upload your current resume as PDF or DOCX.
  2. Pick one listing that uses Greenhouse or Lever and generate the tailored resume and cover letter.
  3. Compare every bullet with the original and mark any claim, number or skill you did not supply.
  4. Install the extension, open the employer form and let it autofill without submitting.
  5. Note which fields stayed empty or wrong and whether the free autofill counter changed.

Accept if the packet adds no new facts and the form needs only minor fixes. Reject if bullets contain invented details or the free allowance ends before one form is filled. No result is recorded here.

Frequently asked questions

Does Swooped work outside the US?

Yes. The homepage FAQ says its AI covers job descriptions in more than 30 industries and supports US, UK, EU, APAC and remote roles. Payments are taken in US dollars under the terms, with sales tax added where required, so buyers elsewhere pay in dollars. The terms are governed by California law, and app store purchases follow Apple or Google rules.

Who runs Swooped?

Swooped is a trade name of Benri Labs LLC, which the terms register in California at 2108 N St, Suite N, Sacramento, CA 95816. The about page gives 2022 as the founding year and support@swooped.co as the contact address. Disputes fall under California law, with Los Angeles County named as the venue in the terms.

Does Swooped have an annual plan?

The pricing page read on 21 October lists only Monthly and Quarterly Pro billing. A help center article says monthly, quarterly and annual Pro plans include the same features but gives no annual price. Before paying, check the checkout page, since an annual plan and its price could not be confirmed from the official pages.

Can I use Swooped on my phone?

Yes. The help center describes an iPhone and Android app in which you choose a role, tap Prepare Application and let Swooped fill supported employer forms. On desktop, the Chrome extension does the same and also saves listings to the tracker. App store purchases are billed, cancelled and refunded through Apple or Google Play.

Which resume files does Swooped accept?

The resume creator takes PDF or DOCX uploads and exports finished resumes to PDF or Word. The free grader also accepts TXT files up to 12 MB, but not old .doc or Apple Pages files, which have to be exported as PDF first. Cover letters export as PDF or plain text.
