Strengths, limits and who it suits, in full
Strengths
- Clear monthly image counts Each plan states a fixed number of images per month, and the yearly totals are printed on the pricing page.
- No training on your images The pricing FAQ says uploaded and generated images are not used for any AI training.
- Business use of results The FAQ and terms say you own the images you generate and can use them for your business.
Limits
- No free trial The current pricing FAQ says free trials are not offered, so the first test costs at least one month of Lite.
- Refunds are very limited The FAQ rules out refunds, and the terms allow a request only if no images have been generated.
- No rights guarantee The terms say there is no assurance that generated images do not infringe other people's intellectual property.
Who it suits
- Small online sellers Lite suits a handful of listings a month when you already have clean product photos.
- Shops with larger catalogues bulk generation starts at Basic, which fits refreshing many products at once.
- Brands with labelled packaging text extraction and HD mode target labels, but every image still needs a label check.
- Teams needing on-model or complex shots prompts can add a person or setting, yet results should be treated as drafts for review.

How far does it go?
- Cost per standard image and HD imageMonthly billing: Lite $9 ÷ 30 = $0.30, Basic $19 ÷ 200 = $0.095, Pro $39 ÷ 500 = $0.078 per image. HD mode uses 2 credits, so Basic gives 200 ÷ 2 = 100 HD images, or $0.19 each. Yearly Basic: 12 × $19 = $228 against $179 billed annually, a $49 difference. This is arithmetic on published prices; regenerations use more credits.

Key features
| Feature | What it does | Watch out |
|---|---|---|
| Generated scenes around an uploaded product photo | — | |
| 40+ background themes and 100+ templates | — | |
| Custom prompts, style images and brand colours | — | |
| Label and packaging text extraction to keep copy correct | Reads brand names, ingredients and other visible text from the product photo when it is saved, then uses it during generation. | The guide asks you to check and correct the extracted text first; errors carry into every image. |
| High-resolution mode for text and fine detail | Uses a stronger model for sharper results on products with text or fine detail. | Each HD image costs 2 credits instead of 1 and takes about 30 seconds. |
| Edits to a result by written instruction | — | |
| Bulk generation and group shots of up to 5 products | Generates images for several selected products at once and downloads them in one batch. | Listed on Basic and Pro only; Lite does not include it. |
| Square, portrait, story and landscape sizes | — | |
| Group shots | Places up to 5 products together in one scene with a template or custom prompt. | Five products in one scene is the stated limit, so larger bundles need separate images. |
Is Pebblely free to try before paying?
Not through a free plan today. The pricing page lists only Lite, Basic and Pro, and its FAQ answers the free-trial question with a plain “We do not offer free trials.” The terms, last modified in February 2024, still describe a generous free version, and older reviews talk about free monthly images, so expect those descriptions to be out of date.
The cheapest test is one month of Lite at $9, which gives 30 images. Because the FAQ rules out refunds once images are made, decide what you want to test before generating: one product, two or three templates and one custom prompt is enough to see whether the scenes suit your brand.
How far does a monthly image allowance go?
Each plan is a monthly pool of image credits. A standard image uses 1 credit, while high-resolution mode uses 2 credits per image, and unused credits expire at the end of the subscription month. The allowances and yearly prices on the pricing page are:
- Lite: 30 images a month for $9 monthly, or $90 billed annually.
- Basic: 200 images a month and bulk generation for $19 monthly, or $179 billed annually.
- Pro: 500 images a month and bulk generation for $39 monthly, or $379 billed annually.
Which plan fits your catalogue?
Start from the number of finished images you need, then add retries. If each product needs a square listing image, a story image and one retry in HD, that is 1 + 1 + 2 = 4 credits per product, so Lite covers 7 products a month and Basic 50.
Editorial assessment
Lite suits a seller refreshing a few listings each month without bulk runs. Basic is the step up once you have more than about 7 products a month to cover or want to generate for several products at once. Pro is needed above 200 credits a month, and its per-image price of $0.078 is also lower than Basic’s $0.095.
How do you keep labels and packaging text correct?
When you save a product, Pebblely extracts visible text such as brand names, ingredients and dosage information, and uses it during generation so labels are preserved. The guide asks you to review this text, fix anything misread and add missing items with a position and styling hint before generating.
For products where the label matters, the guide recommends high-resolution mode, which uses a stronger model at 2 credits per image. Even then, compare each result with the real pack before publishing, especially regulated details such as dosage or allergens, which a buyer may rely on.
Can you sell with the images, and what happens to your uploads?
The FAQ and terms say you own the images you generate and can use them for your business. The terms also state there is no assurance that the images do not infringe other people’s intellectual property, and that you assume all risks of using them, so avoid prompts that name other brands, characters or protected designs.
The pricing FAQ says uploaded and generated images are not used for any AI training. The privacy policy, from February 2023, says product images, custom descriptions, negative prompts and reference images are stored to provide and improve the service. Deletion of your data can be requested by email.
What happens at renewal, and can you get a refund?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time under Profile, then Manage billing. The terms say you receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal, and that a renewal you do not cancel in time is charged and is non-refundable.
The pricing FAQ says Pebblely cannot offer refunds because generating images is costly and you get immediate access to the results. The terms add one narrow exception: if you have not generated any images yet, you can email to apply for a refund. After the first image, treat the month as spent.
Can Lite produce a marketplace set for one labelled product?
Proposed evaluation · not performed yet
On a Lite monthly plan, use your own photo of a bottle with a printed label, cropped close to the product on a plain background. The target is three images: a square listing photo, a 4:5 feed image and a 9:16 story, all with a readable label.
- Record the credit balance, then save the product and correct the extracted label text.
- Generate one square image from a template and one from a custom prompt in standard mode.
- Regenerate the better one in high-resolution mode, then make the 4:5 and 9:16 versions.
- Download all files and compare the label, cap and bottle shape with the real product.
- Record the credits used, counting 2 for each HD image.
Accept three images whose label text matches the pack word for word and whose product shape is unchanged, within about 10 credits. Reject altered text, extra objects on the label or a distorted bottle. No output or credit count is reported until the exercise is run.
To place product cutouts into editable templates with a free plan, compare Canva. For generative fill inside Photoshop or Express, see Adobe Firefly.
Is Pebblely worth it?
Documentation review plus dated public user reports. Documentation review, not tested hands-on. Not scored.
Worth it if
- You already have clean product photos and need lifestyle scenes for a few listings a month, since Lite gives 30 images for $9.
- You refresh many products at once, because bulk generation starts on Basic at 200 images a month.
- You want to use results commercially, as the FAQ and terms say you own the images you generate.
Probably not if
- You want to try the tool before paying, because the pricing FAQ says there is no free trial and refunds are limited.
- You need a guarantee that images are free of infringement, as the terms give no such assurance.
- Your packaging labels must be exact without checking, since extracted text and results still need a review against the real pack.

Frequently asked questions
Which image sizes can Pebblely generate?
The guide lists five sizes: Square 1:1 for Instagram and Shopify, Portrait 4:5 for the Instagram feed, Story 9:16 for Instagram and TikTok, Landscape 16:9 for website banners and a 16:9 Facebook ad size. You can change the size when editing a result, so one good scene can be reused for several placements.
Can Pebblely show several products in one scene?
Yes. The guide describes group shots for collections, gift sets and bundles: select up to 5 products and choose Group shot in the generation screen, and the AI arranges them in a single scene. Group shots work with templates and custom prompts. Bundles of more than five products need separate images.
Can I change a generated image without starting over?
Yes. The guide says you can open any result, click edit and describe the change, such as warmer lighting or a darker background, or replace a person in the scene. While editing you can also switch the image size or turn on high-resolution mode. Each edit produces a new image, so it uses credits.
How long does each image take to generate?
The guide gives about 10 seconds per standard image and about 30 seconds per high-resolution image. Results appear under Recent Images, where you can filter by HD or standard resolution and search by theme or prompt. Bulk runs for several products show the total number of images before you start.
How do I ask Pebblely to delete my data?
The privacy policy says you can request deletion by emailing hello@pebblely.com with the account email address you want deleted. The same address handles access and correction requests and marketing opt-outs. The policy reserves the right to refuse requests that are unduly burdensome, repetitive or conflict with legal obligations.
