Strengths, limits and who it suits, in full
Strengths
- API in every plan The pricing page says the complete REST API is included in every plan at no extra cost, and credits work the same through the web app, API and automation tools.
- Edit the script before generating The AI video maker page says you can edit the script scene by scene before generation and regenerate individual images afterwards.
- Three video shapes The pricing page lists 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 output for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Plan changes without a contract The pricing page and terms say you can change plan or cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the paid period.
Limits
- Credits expire each period The terms say period credits are neither carried over nor refundable, and the pricing page repeats that unused credits are lost.
- No refunds for unused credits The terms say no refunds are made for unused credits regardless of the reason, and a started billing period is not refundable.
- No avatars or talking heads The AI video maker page says there are no avatars and no talking heads in Fliz, so presenter-style videos are out of scope.
- Google sign-in and card required The terms say registration and login use a Gmail address and a valid bank card is needed to use the services.
Who it suits
- Publishers who want a video for each article The automation page describes a WordPress plugin that generates a video when a post goes live.
- Faceless-channel creators The AI video maker page positions Fliz for narrated videos made from images, voice and subtitles without a camera.
- Teams building video into their own tools The homepage and pricing page include a documented REST API in every plan.
- Not for presenter or cinematic-clip video The AI video maker page says Fliz does not compete with models such as Veo and has no avatars.
How much does Fliz cost?
Prices confirmed · checked
Regional prices: Prices are USD, billed through Stripe, as listed on the Fliz pricing page on 2026-10-17; local taxes may apply.
Monthly prices are what you pay billing monthly. Yearly totals ($118.80, $238.80, $598.80 and $1198.80) come from the pricing page's yearly toggle, which the page shows as a per-month equivalent with the year total beside it; the toggle says yearly saves up to 34%. The sources disagree on free access: the homepage mentions a welcome offer of a first video, while the AI video maker page says there is no free plan with credits included and that credits can be earned by referring friends. We did not resolve this and did not create an account, so check the sign-up screen for what a new account receives. The pricing page says every plan includes the API, 1080p and the custom watermark; it does not list any feature differences between plans beyond credits. Credits bought as packs before 2026-09-17 never expire, per the terms.

How far does it go?
- What a month of videos costsThe pricing page says a simple video uses 95 credits. Dividing each monthly allowance by 95 gives at most 10 videos on Starter ($14.90), 21 on Creator ($29.90), 52 on Advanced ($69.90) and 105 on Enterprise ($119.90), or about $1.49, $1.42, $1.34 and $1.14 per video if every credit is used before the period ends. Unused credits are lost at renewal. Fliz does not state the credit cost of videos with AI motion or other formats, so these figures cover simple videos only.

Key features
| Feature | What it does | Watch out |
|---|---|---|
| Starts from existing content: a public URL, pasted text, a product with 3 to 10 photos, an ad or a brief (AI video maker page) | — | |
| Writes a script with a hook and call to action that you can edit before any image or voice is generated (AI video maker page) | — | |
| Exports a 1080p MP4 in 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9 with synced subtitles, music and an optional watermark (pricing page, AI video maker page) | — | |
| Voiceover in 32 languages, with the script adapted per language rather than translated word for word (AI video maker page) | — | |
| REST API in every plan, plus WordPress plugin and Zapier, Make and n8n connections (pricing page, automation page) | — | |
| Credits pay for every AI step | The pricing page says credits are used for script, images, voice and editing, and that a standard slideshow-format video uses 95 credits on average. The credit allowance resets each period and unused credits are not carried over. | Plan around videos per month, not credits: Starter's 1,000 credits cover about 10 simple videos, and other formats may cost more than 95 credits, which the pages do not state. |
| Built for publishing at scale | The automation page describes a WordPress plugin that creates a video when a post is published, and Zapier, Make and n8n connections; the pricing page says the API costs nothing extra. | The pages show no avatars or talking heads: the video is images, voice and subtitles, so it suits faceless explainers and news-style clips, not presenter videos. |
Is there a free way to try Fliz?
The homepage mentions a welcome offer of a first video, but the AI video maker page says there is no free plan with credits included. The two pages disagree, so check what a new account receives before you count on it.
What does a month of credits buy?
The pricing page sets a simple video at 95 credits, which puts Starter at about 10 videos a month and Enterprise at about 105. Credits reset at every renewal and the terms say unused credits are not refunded.

Official pages read on 2026-10-17: homepage, pricing, AI video maker page, automation page and terms of service. The API documentation and privacy policy were not reviewed, so API limits, data handling and training use of uploaded content are not summarised. The terms do not state who owns or may commercially use generated videos beyond requiring the customer to respect third-party rights, so commercial-use rights are not confirmed here. We did not create an account, generate a video or test output quality. Gaps: free first-video offer versus no free plan, credit cost of formats other than a simple video, and the exact style count (the homepage says 62 styles and the AI video maker page says 63). Directory listings and third-party reviews were not used as evidence.
