Strengths, limits and who it suits, in full
Strengths
- Train a voice on your own recordings The homepage and pricing page let you upload vocals to build a custom voice, from 2 voices on Starter to 30 on Studio.
- Commercial License named on two plans The pricing page lists a Commercial License on Professional and Studio, so a paid tier covers release use on paper.
- Public API with per-minute billing The API docs bill $0.07 per generated minute and only for successful calls, with a $100 default cap per billing period.
- Plan limits shown by song count The pricing page lists songs per month and upload size for each plan instead of an opaque credit balance.
Limits
- Free account limits not stated The homepage says Get Started is free, but no page read lists the free songs, voices or export limits.
- Pricing page mixes yearly and sale figures The page shows a $190 yearly price beside a $95.99 yearly charge and a 60% off label, and month-to-month prices were not visible.
- Yearly plans are non-refundable The refund policy says refunds apply only to month-to-month plans, within 24 hours for technical faults.
- Voice rules and data handling are thin The Terms do not say who owns outputs, and the privacy page repeats the Terms text without describing voice data.
Who it suits
- Producers who need a demo vocal in a different voice The homepage and API docs describe converting a recorded vocal to another voice, which fits a quick guide track.
- Artists cloning their own voice The homepage says you can upload your own vocals to train a model, with 2 to 30 custom voices by plan.
- Developers adding voice conversion to an app The API docs bill $0.07 per generated minute with a $100 default cap per billing period.
- Not for anyone expecting famous-artist voices The refund policy says Musicfy does not offer celebrity voices, although the homepage headline invites you to sing like a favorite artist.
- Not for released music on the Starter plan the pricing page lists a Commercial License only on Professional and Studio, and the Terms do not cover output rights.
How much does Musicfy cost?
Prices confirmed · checked
Regional prices: Prices are in USD as shown on the pricing page on 2026-10-11, read through a US proxy; tax is not mentioned.
The three paid plans are shown at their annual-billing price: $8, $20 and $56 are the yearly charge divided by 12 ($95.99, $239.99 and $671.99 a year), not month-to-month prices. The page also crosses out $190, $590 and $1,200 and labels the sale 60% off and locked for life, but the figures shown work out to about 49%, 59% and 44% off, and it does not say how long the sale lasts. The Monthly Plans tab was present but its prices were not visible, so month-to-month cost is unknown. Yearly plans are non-refundable under the refund policy, which was last updated in March 2023.

How far does it go?
- What each included song costs on the annual plansDividing the monthly equivalent by the listed songs gives about $0.053 on Starter ($8 / 150), $0.05 on Professional ($20 / 400) and $0.056 on Studio ($56 / 1,000) if every song is used. If every song needs voice targeting, the limits fall to 100 and 300, which is about $0.20 and $0.19 a song. The pages do not define a song or give its length, so these figures cannot be compared with the API's $0.07 per generated minute. Arithmetic on published figures, not a Musicfy statement.

Key features
| Feature | What it does | Watch out |
|---|---|---|
| Voice conversion: upload a vocal and render it in Musicfy or community voices, which the homepage calls copyright-free vocals (homepage) | — | |
| Custom voices: upload your own vocals to train a model of your voice, with 2, 6 or 30 custom voices by plan (homepage, pricing page) | Starter trains 2 custom voices, Professional 6 and Studio 30; Studio also lists one-hour datasets and simultaneous training. | The pages do not say how much recorded audio a custom voice needs or whether you must prove it is your own voice. |
| Text to music: generate songs and instrumentals from a written prompt (homepage, API docs) | — | |
| AI parody voices for remastering a song with comedic voices (homepage) | — | |
| A public API billed per generated minute, with voice conversion, text to music and stem separation routes (API docs) | Starter allows 150 songs a month without voice targeting; Professional allows 400 with 100 using voice targeting; Studio allows 1,000 with 300 using voice targeting. | The pricing page does not define a song or voice targeting, so song length and what targeting adds are unknown. |
| Stem separation | The homepage lists a stem splitter as coming soon, while the API docs list stem separation as something the API provides. | The pages disagree on whether stem splitting is available today, so check inside the app before relying on it. |
Which voices can you actually use?
The homepage describes its voice library as copyright-free vocals you can use in your own songs, and its page description advertises 100,000+ voices. The refund policy adds that Musicfy does not offer celebrity voices, even though the homepage headline invites you to sing like your favorite artist. Read together, the safe assumption is that the library holds Musicfy and community voices rather than famous singers, plus any custom voices you train from your own recordings. The pages do not say how Musicfy checks that an uploaded training voice belongs to the uploader, and the DMCA policy is a takedown route for copyright owners, not a consent check. Only train a voice you have the right to use.
What do the pages leave unsaid about rights and uploads?
A Commercial License is listed on Professional and Studio but not on Starter, according to the pricing page. The Terms say the platform’s intellectual property belongs to Musicfy or its licensors and say nothing about who owns generated audio, and the privacy page repeats the Terms text instead of describing data handling. So the pages do not say whether uploaded vocals are kept, shared or used to train models. For an unreleased vocal, ask support before uploading, and keep proof of the commercial plan you paid for when releasing a track.

See what a free account allows using a vocal you recorded yourself.
- Sign up without a card and record a 30-second vocal of your own voice.
- Convert it to one library voice and note the songs or credits shown before and after, the export format and whether the file carries a watermark.
- Compare the result with the Starter limits of 150 songs a month and a 25 MB upload cap, then decide whether Professional’s Commercial License is needed for your release.

Frequently asked questions

The pricing page shows Starter at $8 a month, Professional at $20 and Studio at $56, each billed annually at $95.99, $239.99 and $671.99 a year. Month-to-month prices were not visible, so a monthly subscription may cost more. The API is billed separately at $0.07 per minute of generated audio.
Is Musicfy free?

Does Musicfy have celebrity voices?
Its refund policy says no: celebrity voices are not part of the service and are no basis for a refund. The homepage headline about singing like your favorite artist is marketing copy, so expect Musicfy and community voices or voices you train yourself.
Can I use Musicfy songs commercially?

Only on month-to-month plans. The refund policy says yearly plans are non-refundable, a technical-fault refund must be requested within 24 hours of purchase, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle. The policy was last updated in March 2023.

Official pages read on 2026-10-11: homepage, pricing page, refund policy, Terms, privacy page, DMCA policy and the API documentation. The pricing page was read through a browser proxy, and the Monthly Plans tab did not show prices. We did not create an account or generate anything. Conflicts found: the homepage invites you to sing like a favorite artist while the refund policy says celebrity voices are not offered; the stem splitter is coming soon on the homepage but listed in the API docs; the pricing page's 60% off label does not match its own figures; the privacy page repeats the Terms. The Terms give no effective date or output-ownership rule. The only social link on the homepage points to a founder's personal X account, so no brand social account is listed. The homepage user counts and testimonials are the vendor's own claims and were not used. Other sites and an Android app that rank for the Musicfy name, such as musicfyai.com, show no link to musicfy.lol in the pages read, so they are not covered here. Third-party reviews and press coverage were not used.
