Strengths

  • A free plan with daily credits New users get 200 credits at signup and 50 a day on login, accumulating to 500, so small requests can be tried without paying.
  • Fee depends on a confirmed result On Free and Pro Monthly the 25% bill-negotiation fee is charged only after savings are confirmed, and the hold is released if the attempt fails.
  • Credit rules are published The guides give the spend order, the add-on price and the usual 300 to 1,000 credits for a call.
  • Mobile and web access The download page links iOS and Android apps in addition to the website.

Limits

  • Results are not guaranteed The Usage Policy says using Pine creates no obligation to achieve savings, refunds or resolutions.
  • Failed attempts can use credits The bill negotiation guide says calls, research and follow-ups in an unsuccessful attempt still draw credits.
  • Pricing pages disagree on the top tier The plan guide names Team while the credits and payments guides name Enterprise, and weekly personal prices sit beside monthly work prices.
  • No refunds for used time The payments guide says used subscription time is not refunded by default and credits are generally non-refundable once granted or used.
  • Legal and high-risk uses are restricted Legal filings, statutory-deadline matters and similar uses need Pine's prior written approval.

Who it suits

  • People with bills to lower The guides cover internet, phone, insurance and utility bills and recurring charges.
  • People cancelling subscriptions The homepage lists cancelling subscriptions and getting refunds as common tasks.
  • Small teams comparing vendors Plus, Max and Team include batch calling for quote comparison.

The personal tab (Pro, Premium) shows weekly amounts and does not say how often a monthly plan is charged; the plan guide says monthly plans are paid month to month, so we do not convert weekly figures to a month or a year. The work tab (Plus, Max, Team) shows monthly amounts. Annual plans are billed once a year. Add-on credits are USD 20 for 4,000 credits and never expire; plan credits reset at renewal. The plan guide names Pro, Premium, Plus, Max and Team, while the credits and payments guides name Enterprise Monthly and Annual; the pricing page is the source we followed. Pine lists the cheaper annual amounts first, so check the monthly toggle before comparing.

Which plan fits?

Smallest plan whose monthly credits cover your number with 15% spare for regenerations. Arithmetic from the plan table above, not a usage test.

How far does it go?

  • What a call task costs in creditsPine says calls and computer actions typically run 300 to 1,000 credits each. Plus billed annually is $99.9 for 20,000 credits, about $0.005 a credit, so one such task is about $1.50 to $5.00; the USD 20 add-on for 4,000 credits implies the same $0.005. Plus billed monthly is $139 for 20,000 credits, about $0.007 a credit, or about $2.09 to $6.95 a task. On Free or Pro Monthly, a bill negotiation instead costs 25% of confirmed savings: $25 for every $100 saved. These are our sums from the published amounts, before tax; real use varies with call length and retries.

Key features

FeatureWhat it doesWatch out
Phone calls to companies to cancel, dispute and negotiate on your behalf—
Bill negotiation for internet, phone, insurance and utility billsOn Free and Pro Monthly, Pine holds up to 7 days of 25% of estimated savings and charges the fee only after savings are confirmed. Pro Annual, Premium and the work plans use plan credits with no percentage fee, and a failed attempt can still use credits.Pick the plan by how often you will negotiate, not by the headline price.
Cancellations, refunds, fee waivers and compensation requests—
Pine Phone: call screening, meeting attendance and multi-party calls—
Batch calling to compare vendors, up to 20 calls at once on TeamPlus, Max and Team list batch calling of up to 5, 10 and 20 calls, and the phone page describes asking structured questions and returning a shortlist.Use it for quote comparison; confirm what it will say on your behalf before it dials.
iOS, Android and web apps with daily free credits—
Credits are spent by the taskThe credits guide says calls and computer actions typically run 300 to 1,000 credits each, and plans estimate 6 to 30 tasks on Pro up to 60 to 310 on Team.Divide the monthly credits by 300 and by 1,000 to see the range for your plan.

Is Pine AI free?

Partly. The credits guide says new users get 200 credits at signup plus 50 a day on login, up to 500, which is enough for chats and small requests. A call or computer action typically runs 300 to 1,000 credits, so a daily balance may cover one such task at most, and it will not stretch to regular calling.

How bill negotiation is charged

The bill negotiation guide splits billing by plan. On Free and Pro Monthly, Pine places a hold of up to 7 days and charges 25% of confirmed savings, which is $25 for every $100 saved. On Pro Annual, Premium and the work plans it uses plan credits with no percentage fee, and a failed attempt can still use credits.

What the plans cost

The pricing page shows weekly prices for personal plans: Pro at $9.00 billed monthly or $6.10 billed annually, and Premium at $18.20 or $12.30. Work plans are monthly: Plus is $139 a month or $99.9 billed annually, Max $249 or $174.9, and Team $419 or $291.6. We do not turn the weekly amounts into monthly ones because the page does not say how a monthly plan is charged.

Check the guides against the page

The plan guide lists Pro, Premium, Plus, Max and Team, while the credits and payments guides name Enterprise tiers instead. The guides are dated July and August 2026 and the plan guide says the pricing page wins, so confirm the tier and fee in the app before paying.

Limits to read first

The Usage Policy says Pine owes no particular savings or outcome and needs written approval for legal filings and similar high-risk work. The payments guide says used subscription time is not refunded by default.

How to try it cheaply

Proposed evaluation · not performed yet

On the free plan, ask Pine to cancel one forgotten subscription, note the credits it uses and whether it asked for approval before calling, and compare that with the 300 to 1,000 credit range before choosing a paid plan.

The operator named in the Usage Policy is 19Pine Pte. Ltd. We did not sign up, place a call or run a bill negotiation, so call quality, success rate, hold times and the credits a real task uses were not observed. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages returned not found at the paths we tried, and the trust site was not read, so data handling and call-recording rules are not assessed here. The provider's adoption numbers differ between pages and its success and savings claims have no published method; we repeat none of them.
