What does Lorka Standard include, and what does Max add?
Both plans list access to the most advanced models, all AI tools and image generation. The only published difference is video: limited on Standard and extended on Max. The terms call the plans PRO and MAX and describe MAX as having higher daily and total allowances for image and video work.
Neither the pricing page nor the terms give numbers for those allowances, and there is no per-model message cap in writing. The terms add a Power Creator add-on with roughly double capacity and one-time Extended Usage top-ups for 1, 3 or 6 months, without prices on the pricing page. Once Max is active, the terms do not allow a downgrade to Standard.
Why does the price appear in euros on one page and dollars on another?
At our price check the plan table showed EUR 29.99 and EUR 39.99 a month, both from a Germany-based server and from a US-based fetch, while the page title and homepage said $29.99 a month. The terms state that the final price depends on your location and is shown in local currency before payment.
The terms also say prices are net and taxes such as VAT are added and itemized at checkout. Budget from the checkout screen rather than the headline figure, and note that some older third-party articles quote $19.99 a month.
How is the $142.98 comparison on the homepage built?
The homepage lists monthly prices for seven separate services, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity, and adds them to $142.98 against $29.99 for Lorka. That is the operator comparison, not ours. Separate subscriptions come with published usage limits and features that a reseller may not pass through.
The terms say Lorka is not affiliated with the model makers and reaches them through their official APIs, and that model availability can change or be substituted without notice. A fair comparison therefore needs the limits you actually hit, not only the list prices.
When can you still get a refund?
The terms first say the legal withdrawal right does not apply because the service starts immediately, and that subscription fees are non-refundable. The refund policy then allows a discretionary review under strict conditions:
- Request within 30 days of purchase and before the subscription expires.
- Usage in the billing cycle must stay under 20 messages, 5 images and 1 video.
- Renewals, change of mind and expired subscriptions are excluded.
- Replies arrive within 72 hours; approved refunds reach the original payment method within 10 days.
How do you cancel, and which route should you trust?
The pricing FAQ says you cancel in Settings under Manage subscription, which opens a Stripe customer portal. The terms and refund policy instead say to email info@lorka.ai or use the contact form, and to do so at least 72 hours before the next billing date to avoid another charge.
Use the settings portal and also keep a written email request, since the stricter rule is the one in the terms. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Charges may appear under a merchant of record such as Luxor Global Tech LLC or Tucantela SL rather than Lorka, and the terms warn that a chargeback can lead to suspension.
Who runs Lorka, and where does your data go?
The terms name Palatine Global Capital LLC in Jacksonville, Florida, operating in Spain through Always B-Focused, S.L. in Barcelona, with Spanish law and Barcelona courts for disputes. The terms of use limit the site to adults with legal capacity.
The privacy policy lists analytics, payment and hosting providers such as Amplitude, Google, Stripe and Firebase, plus content moderation services, and warns of transfers outside the European Economic Area. The terms say chat messages are stored on your device. Image tools for ID photos, face consistency and watermark removal should only be used on images you have the rights and consent to edit.
Can you judge Lorka without losing refund eligibility?
Proposed evaluation · not performed yet
After buying Standard on monthly billing, plan a test that stays under the refund thresholds of 20 messages, 5 images and 1 video.
- Record the plan, currency and checkout total, including tax.
- Send the same four prompts, from your own work, to four different models: 16 messages in total.
- Generate 3 images from one prompt and note whether any model or tool is unavailable.
- Open the settings portal and confirm where cancellation and the renewal date are shown.
- Decide within the 30-day window and send any refund request by email with the order number.
Accept the plan if every model you rely on answered and the renewal date is clear. Reject it if a listed model was unavailable, a limit message appeared before 16 messages or the cancellation route was unclear. No answer quality or limit result is reported until the test is run.

Is Lorka AI worth it?
Documentation review plus dated public user reports. Documentation review, not tested hands-on. Not scored.
Worth it if
- You regularly pay for or compare several chatbots and want to switch models inside one thread, provided the unpublished limits cover your volume.
- You would take the yearly Standard billing and can plan any test around the refund thresholds before committing.
Probably not if
- You need published per-model message, image or video allowances, because neither the pricing page nor the terms state them.
- You need a team, admin or API plan, since the terms describe only individual subscriptions, an add-on and top-ups.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free version of Lorka AI?
Only a short one. The refund policy says new users can try the free tier for their first message requests, and the terms describe an onboarding with a limited quota of queries. Neither states how many messages that is, and continued use requires Standard or Max, so plan any free testing carefully.
Which payment methods does Lorka accept?
The pricing FAQ lists major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with PayPal sometimes available, and says options vary by country, currency and browser. The refund policy mentions only debit or credit cards. Payments go through Stripe, and the full card number is not stored by Lorka.
Are the reviews shown on the Lorka website independent?
The Lorka reviews page shows quotes it says come unaltered from Trustpilot, plus excerpts from blogs and directories. The operator chooses which ones to display. Use Trustpilot or other sites directly to see the full range of opinions, and weigh billing complaints against the cancellation rules in the terms.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Max in the middle of a period?
The terms allow an upgrade from PRO, shown on the pricing page as Standard, to MAX at any time, but not a downgrade from MAX back to PRO once MAX is active. One account can hold only one of the two plans at a time.
Does Lorka sell a separate API or business plan?
No such plan appears on the pricing page or in the terms, which describe only individual PRO and MAX subscriptions, an add-on and one-time top-ups. The license granted is for personal, non-commercial use or internal business operations, so check the terms before building client workflows on it.
